Who is Living Water Letters for?
For any Christian lady (or indeed man if you fancy it!) who would like a monthly encouragement letter filled with beautiful reminders of who you are and Whose you are.
Living Water Letters is a recurring monthly postal subscription delivering a thoughtfully created physical letter and accompanying printed materials to subscribers through the post.
What will I receive?
You will receive a physical letter through the mail every month packed with paper goodies to encourage you in your faith walk.
Contents will vary but will always include a letter from me, Monique, about what God has been showing me that month and what I've learnt about Him; an original A6 art print drawn / painted by me; 2 scripture cards; an A6 Bible reading tracker with a prayer list on the reverse; a prayer share card, at least 2 stickers designed by me, plus other surprise treats.
When will my letter be posted each month?
Living Water Letters are dispatched once per month on the 15th of the month (or as close to the 15th as possible, depending on when the 15th falls).
If you sign up to Living Water Letters Mail Subscription before the 15th of the month, you’ll receive that month’s letter.
If you sign up after the 15th, your first letter will arrive the following month.
When will I be billed each month?
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis.
Payment is taken on the day you subscribe, and your subscription will automatically renew on the same date each month.
How long will my letter take to arrive?
That depends entirely on where you live!
Letters are sent using standard, non-tracked postal services.
Estimated delivery times:
UK: 2–5 working days
Europe: 5–10 working days
Rest of world: 7–21 working days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on postal services and customs.
If there is a significant delay in processing times for any reason, we will notify you via email.
What if my letter doesn't arrive?
While we do everything possible to ensure safe delivery, once an order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by the postal service and outside of our control.
If your order has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate. We will work with you in good faith to resolve genuine issues. Replacement items may be offered at our discretion.
Parcels may be considered lost after:
10 working days from dispatch (UK)
25 working days from dispatch (international)
If an item is confirmed lost in transit, we will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
What if I want to cancel my subscription?
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
Please log into the customer portal to cancel your subscription. If you require help with this, please reach out to us.
To avoid being charged for the next cycle, you must cancel before your next billing date, and also before the 15th of the month when the next letter will be sent out.
If a payment has already been processed, that month's mailing will still be sent and you will be charged.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes — under UK consumer law, you have the right to return your Living Water Letters order within 14 days of receiving it, if you change your mind.
To be eligible for a refund, you must notify us within 14 days and return the items unused, in their original condition, and with all contents included.
As each mailing is a sealed experience, opening the envelope and unfolding the letter is considered use beyond reasonable inspection, so we kindly ask that items are only opened if you intend to keep them.
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the return, and return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
